Description
We are looking for a Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN) with a passion for delivering outstanding care.You will be assessing patients' mental health conditions, including their medical history, current symptoms, and any contributing factors.
Developing individualised care plans in collaboration with patients, their families, and other healthcare professionals. This may include medication management, therapy, and other interventions.
Administering medications as prescribed by psychiatrists or other healthcare providers, and monitoring patients for any side effects or adverse reactions, Responding promptly to crises or emergencies, such as suicidal ideation or aggressive behaviour, and implementing appropriate interventions to ensure the safety and well-being of patients and staff.
A BSc (Hons) degree in mental health nursing.
Up to date DBS and NMC registration.
Up-to-date Mandatory skills for Health Training
NMC registration
Proof of immunisations (Hepatitis B, Rubella, Varicella, TB, and Measles)
Up-to-date Mandatory skills for Health Training
