We are on the lookout for someone with strong communication and organisational skills, with a background in administration in the financial services space.
You will work within a team of consultants providing support, processing new business, completing valuations, preparing for meetings and completing any ad hoc administrative support where required.
Business Overview
Our client provides full-service pensions consultancy from actuarial expertise through to investment advice and third-party administration, as well as advising clients on providing the best possible reward and benefits packages for members.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Manage their administration workflow
- Receive and implement requests from Consultants
- Upload fact find information to the client management system (Intelliflo)
- Obtain policy information and valuations, maintain on Intelliflo
- To process all new business and client correspondence
- Check all compliance data is present
- Ensure any deadlines given by consultants/providers are met
- Maintain up to date client files
- Remuneration monitoring and correct payment and allocation to consultant
- Establish and build relationships with clients and providers
- Assist consultants in premeeting preparation and annual reviews
- Register and utilise appropriate extranet/websites and other forms of ebusiness
- Cash Balance Monitoring
- Operate within the compliance and corporate standards of the business
- Consistently implement and review processes
- Undertake appropriate professional development and training
- Keep up to date with all relevant product, legislative or technical changes
Skills Required:
- Experience of working within an office environment.
- Experience of working within Financial Services, ideally Financial Planning or Wealth management
- Able to work in a busy fast paced environment
- Experience of using full Microsoft office suite
- Knowledge of backoffice systems e.g. Intelliflo
Hybrid Working - 3 Days in the office, 2 Days from home (after initial 3 months in the office)
Job Types:

Up to £25,000.00 per year
