    Description

    Morgan McKinley is looking for an experienced Payroll Assistant to work for a well established company based in the Billingshurst, West Sussex area.

    The main purpose of the Payroll Assistant role is to process weekly payroll and maintain payroll data.

    30pm Monday to Friday


    Location:
    Office based, parking onsite


    Payroll Assistant duties:
    Processing weekly payroll, CIS payments and calculating payments

    Checking and processing Pensions submissions

    Monitoring and updating payroll records, checking and reconciling payroll reports

    Preparing payroll journals

    Handling any employee, payroll queries

    Assist with the finance team with any other accounting support if required

    Proven experience working in payroll position - experience of PAYE, NIC and CIS

    Ideally have used Sage 50 Payroll and Sage 50 Accounts
