Job description for a Sales negotiator

  • Diary management including various day to day tasks such as viewings, valuations, administration and meeting with vendors and applicants.
  • Arranging and overseeing viewings on numerous properties.
  • Providing detailed and accurate feedback following viewing appointments.
  • Successfully negotiating offers in order to reach a mutually beneficial sale.
  • Liaising with relevant parties on sales progression matters.
  • Creating and updating new or existing property adverts.
  • Facilitating key hand over following completion of a sale.

Job skills required for a Sales negotiator

  • Exceptional customer service and telephone manner
  • Previous property experience is desirable
  • Excellent written communication
  • Ability to work in a fastpaced market
  • Selfmotivated with a keen eye for detail
  • Ambitious, eager to learn and progress within this role.
