Job description for a Sales negotiator
- Diary management including various day to day tasks such as viewings, valuations, administration and meeting with vendors and applicants.
- Arranging and overseeing viewings on numerous properties.
- Providing detailed and accurate feedback following viewing appointments.
- Successfully negotiating offers in order to reach a mutually beneficial sale.
- Liaising with relevant parties on sales progression matters.
- Creating and updating new or existing property adverts.
- Facilitating key hand over following completion of a sale.
Job skills required for a Sales negotiator
- Exceptional customer service and telephone manner
- Previous property experience is desirable
- Excellent written communication
- Ability to work in a fastpaced market
- Selfmotivated with a keen eye for detail
- Ambitious, eager to learn and progress within this role.
