Prospectus are delighted to be supporting our client, a leading global university, in their search for a temporary Graduate Programme Coordinator, to support with the delivery of teaching and learning activities and events.

This is a part-time role, 2 daysper week, and will be based on site in central London.


The postholder will have responsibility for the day-to-day supervision and on-site planning of the graduate programme, working with student, faculty and staff to ensure its successful delivery.

You will respond to a wide range of student enquiries and assistwith registration, the organisation of trips and the coordination of teaching.


In order to be considered for this role, you will have strong administrative experience as well as customer service skills.

A good understanding and empathy with the needs and expectations of students is essential, so previous experience working with studentswould be advantageous.
