Cavaghan & Gray, part of 2 Sisters Food Group are actively seeking to recruit a responsible and competent individual for the role of
Line Assistant to join our team based in Carlisle.

As a
Line Assistant you will be responsible for all aspects of the day to day running of a line / area, utilise members of the team, plant and equipment to optimum advantage to ensure maximum efficiency / productivity, Assist with maintaining highest levels of safety, quality and hygiene and act on behalf of Line Manager, including meetings / projects when required.

Previous experience in manufacturing environment
Previous experience in leadership/ supervisory role
Excellent communication skills
Problem solving skills
Ability to produce data with accurate information
