- Acting as a technical liaison between clients and internal teams, including Project and software development Teams.
- Performing gap analysis, troubleshoot and resolve complex issues, and provide technical guidance to clients.
- Creating of support documentation for BAU support and ensure documented procedures and processes are understood and followed.
- Contributing to the development and maintenance of internal processes, standards, and documentation.
- Ensuring that the AMS service is provided within SLA's and KPI's.
- Stakeholder, client management skills
