Customer Care Operative - Temporary - Birmingham - £42,000


Wheatstone Solutions are working with a Residential developer looking to recruit an experienced Customer Service Maintenance Operative into the team.


The duties of the role will be to carry out a high standard of customer service and multi trades / maintenance works within occupied homes.

This includes works from Carpentry, Plumbing, Decorating, Painting, Tiling throughout the warranty period.


Duties of the role:


  • Meet with customers in their homes and carry out works to a highquality and timely manner.
  • Working alongside contractors as necessary to ensure all works are carried out as necessary
  • Reporting to the Customer Care department regarding works that are finished, keeping in touch and up to date.
  • Adhering to Health & Safety policies at all times

Skills Required:


  • You must have experience working for a House Builder / Housing Association within a similar role such as Multi Trade Technician / Operative or have experience as a Multi Trader in occupied homes.
  • Excellent Customer Service skills
  • Must have own van and tools
  • Multi Trade works to be carried out include Plumbing, Carpentry, Painting, Decorating, Tiling, Mastic, Easing doors/floor boards etc.
  • Flexible to drive within Birmingham City Centre
  • Full Driving License

Job Types:
Full-time, Temporary contract, Fixed term contract

Contract length: 2 months


Salary:
£40,000.00-£42,000.00 per year
