About the role


In your role as the Value & Innovation Supervisor, your primary responsibility will be collaborating closely with the Value & Innovation Assistant Manager to generate essential information and insights.

This information will play a vital role in making well-informed business decisions, relying on accurate, consistent, and dependable data. You will be required to support service delivery whilst the operations team provide data. Whilst also ensuring information is readily accessible to users for immediate utilisation or seamless integration with other systems.


You will also:

  • Contribute to the efficient and effective management of health and safety in accordance with the company's corporate Health & Safety Policy and in particular to complete and record risk assessments and develop SSW
  • Assist the implementation of new processes by demonstrating to Supervisors how to follow the Business Process Management System (BPMS)
  • Use Modelling software analyse models as they are (Asis), compare them to the future and improved designs (Tobe)
  • Assist and support the operatives under your direction, taking a hands on approach where necessary or where directed by the Operational Services Manager, and to ensure that effective communication takes place throughout the Division

You will need

  • Full driving licence to be able to drive a range of vehicles up to and including 3.5 tonnes gross weight
  • A level NVQ3, or BTEC relevant professional qualification (Office/ Admin e.g. CLAIT) (relevant experience can be considered as an alternatives
  • GCSEs (5 A-Cs or equivalent, including Maths and English)
  • Relevant professional qualification COTC, NVQ, IOSH
  • Operator Licence Awareness training (OLAT)
  • Ability to work across the Company with a variety of people
  • Experience in data analysis and using Process Modelling systems
