We have an exciting opportunity for a Trainee Mortgage Adviser to join our Central Mortgage Team in Nottingham at our Head Office.
This is a telephone-based role where you will provide a mortgage service to existing customers, building strong customer relationships, and delivering outstanding service whilst identifying opportunities to benefit the wider business.
This opportunity suits applicants either with or wanting to work towards CeMap 1 looking for their first step into a Mortgage Adviser role.
There is a full development plan with milestones towards becoming a fully qualified Mortgage Adviser including sponsoring you to complete your CeMap Qualification.
Provide a mortgage service to existing customers for internal re-mortgage, porting, further advance and post-contract variation business to exceptionally high standardsConduct business within prescribed Lending Policy criteria when assessing variations, applications and affordability
Maintain personal sales logs and development plans demonstrating ownership of performance levels
Ensure customer accounts are accurately maintained and documented to protect the integrity of the data and maintain consistency across the core systems and produce accurate and relevant management information
