Location: West End/ Office based

• A newly established position is available in a rapidly growing Investments company in Mayfair.
• You will manage a team of 5 Receptionists, empowering them to deliver exceptional client service to both internal and external stakeholders.
• The Receptionists oversee meeting room assignments, coordinate with the hospitality department for refreshments, and greet visitors, making this a dynamic role with significant impact on the business. The Head Receptionist will recruit and train their team, offer continuous support, and assess any training requirements. Additionally, this role will arrange temporary assistance for absences or holidays, and prepare for peak periods accordingly.
• You will also be stationed at the reception area, requiring a hands-on approach, and should possess a genuine passion for outstanding client service.
• Prior supervisory experience in Reception, preferably within the Investments industry, is a must.
