    The Godolphin and Latymer School is one of the country's leading independent day schools for girls, located on a six acre site in Hammersmith, London.     An opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic and well-qualified administrator to join the school. In this new role, the Administrator (Co-Curricular) will manage the administration of co-curricular activities and other administration relating to pupil management at the School.

    As well as being an effective administrator, the appointed candidate must have excellent interpersonal and communication skills and must be highly efficient at managing their own workload. The ability to analyse data and use a wide variety of ICT applications would be preferable. Previous experience in a similar role, or having worked in a school before, would be advantageous.

    As this is a new role, we are happy to explore working hours and days of the week. The role is offered as term time and an additional number days during the summer holiday. Additional hours may be required outside of the usual working day on occasion to fulfil the duties of the post.

    The salary will be commensurate with the post and will depend upon qualifications and experience.

    All staff working in the School during the school day will have some contact with children and will therefore be in regulated activity. In this role you are unlikely to be working with children directly but will regularly interact with pupils who may seek your assistance or otherwise interact with you when moving around the school.

    The post is exempt from the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act 1974 and the School is therefore permitted to ask job applicants to declare all convictions and cautions (including those which are "spent" unless they are "protected" under the DBS filtering rules) in order to assess their suitability to work with children.
