- Ensuring licensing legislations are followed by private sector landlords
- Ensuring the "quality, safety and choice" of the private sector accommodation meets a high standard
- This role will also include completing tasks such as budgeting, developing and maintaining relationships with stakeholders and informing colleagues of strategies Candidate requirements:
- Have an understanding and experience of using the Housing Act 2004 and the Crime and Disorder Act 199
