    Description

    DK Recruitment is excited to partner with our Devon-based client in their search for a dedicated Management Accountant to join their team.

    Aid in the timely preparation of monthly management accounts, financial summaries, and reports, ensuring accuracy and thorough data analysis.
    Assist in developing and maintaining cashflow forecasts, ensuring continuous updates to reflect changing financial circumstances.
    Oversee the operational aspects of purchase and sales ledger functions, ensuring efficiency and accuracy.
    Ensure adherence to statutory legislation and regulations, including VAT requirements, in all financial practices.
    Collaborate in the preparation of year-end statutory financial statements and support the audit process as needed.
    Prepare necessary information for corporation tax and personal tax returns, including data related to research and development.
    Preferably ACA, ACCA, or CIMA qualified; however, experienced AAT/QBE candidates will be considered.
    Demonstrated experience in a finance department, with a particular interest in transitioning from Practice to Industry.
    Proficiency in Excel and confidence in navigating diverse IT systems; familiarity with Microsoft packages is expected.
    Experience with Xero software is preferred but not essential.
