With customer-focus at the heart of what we do, this is an opportunity to help customers to find the right insurance to meet their individual and family needs.

You will offer outstanding customer service and offer a unique advised recommendation that best fits your customer's needs.

All customer enquiries have come from our partners and direct marketing; therefore, this is not a cold-calling role.

Responsibilities and Duties_

Demonstrating exceptional sales ability, building relationships and rapport whilst carrying out detailed fact finds to uncover customers' demands and needs
Effectively matching customers' demands and needs to the best policies available, and fully explaining to individual customers how the recommended policies would benefit them within their specific circumstances
Liaise with our insurer partners to determine best industry policies and practices and handle customer complaints and cancellations effectively
Having a high regard for compliance and treating customers fairly within an FCA regulated business and adhering to all legislation and regulatory guidelines

Skills & Education_

Experience advising customers on PMI/IP products
Experience offering a consultative service to customers
Experience within an FCAregulated sales environment
Excellent understanding of medical terms and the ability to have sensitive conversations
Excellent communication skills and excellent attention to detail
Driven and motivated to achieve challenging targets
CII or IFS qualification or willingness to work towards
