My client is a small and established
Bank based in
Birmingham City Centre. Due to the continued growth of the business they are currently recruiting for a
Head of Business Risk.

Reporting to the COO and supervising a small team your main responsibilities will include;

Ensure the ongoing implementation and alignment with regards to
Non-Financial Risk management frameworks, working in close coordination with the various process and business owners.
Work on the design of the continuous reporting and monitoring of
Non-Financial Risks in close alignment with the 2nd line functions such as Risk Management, Outsourcing Management, Information Security and Compliance
Act as the main point of contact for the
1 LoD, for the 2 LoD risk management stakeholders, the leadership team, as well as for internal and external audit activities
Coach, train and support the
1 LoD of the COO in the execution of risk management frameworks

You will have several years experience in
Non-Financial Risk management within the
Financial Services sector. Banking experience is desirable although not essential. My client offers a competitive salary and benefits package and scope to work in a hybrid capacity.

Salary:
£80,000.00-£85,000.00 per year
