Burton on Trent - Hybrid Working

Hours:
Monday to Friday, 9:00 am - 5:15 pm (2 days office-based, 3 days remote)

Our client is seeking a proactive and passionate Social Media Administrator to join their dynamic team.

This role offers a fantastic opportunity to support the social team, digital channel owners, and teams in delivering exceptional customer experiences.


Duties & Responsibilities:


  • Act as the primary point of contact and offer guidance to teams, providing advice and addressing their requests
  • Assist the Social Support Team Lead in managing access to social media channels for teams
  • Maintain social media tools and foster strong relationships with external partners
  • Curate and update the online image library, ensuring relevant content and removing outdated material
  • Ensure accuracy in tools and external systems by regularly updating and managing data
  • Stay updated with developments in social channels and associated tools to offer effective advice and support for incoming queries
  • Collaborate with the wider social media team on projects and initiatives to enhance social activities and team support

Skills and experience:


  • Genuine interest in digital and social media with an understanding of their use in marketing
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel
  • Comfortable navigating various social media platforms
  • Proactive with strong organisational and prioritisation skills
  • Ability to suggest and implement new work methodologies
  • Strong multitasking abilities with attention to detail and problemsolving skills
  • Adaptability and willingness to learn new tools and platforms
  • Excellent team player with a positive attitude and the ability to build strong working relationships
  • Desire to work within the hospitality sector
