As the Fleet Hire Controller, you will get the opportunity to:

  • Process LCV and HGV vehicle hire requirements and any hire and off hire requirements
You'll regularly liaise with the workshop to ensure we're maximising utilisation of our internal assets
Continuously review live hire reports and supplier extranets to ensure Key 2 is always up to date
You'll continuously develop positive relationships with M Group Services Businesses' and supply chain personnel
Source and supply replacements to cover internal assets being off the road
You'll arrange Transport of hire vehicles both internally and via our suppliers
You'll be responsible for processing data on our vehicle tracking systems, completing audits & name changes
Manage and resolve invoice and general queries in a timely and efficient manner

  • With our support and training, you will become proficient in all aspects of hire management and general administration

What you'll bring?

  • You'll have gained previous experience within the vehicle hire industry within a similar role
  • The role involves accurate administration of key information so you will need to have experience in an administrative role
  • We use Jaama Key2, it would be great if you have knowledge of this system, but full training will be provided
  • As a Fleet Hire Controller, you will work closely with colleagues, customers, and suppliers so you'll need to possess effective communications skills
  • Proven IT Skills with experience of Microsoft Office
