- Master Customer Onboarding & Training: You will help customers through the initial onboarding process, ensuring they make the most out of our products.
- Turn into a Product Expert: You will develop a deep understanding of our livestock dairy technology solutions to assist customers more effectively.
- Become a Farm Routine Advisor: You will evaluate farm routines and recommend changes for optimisation, leading to the full implementation of our technology.
- Provide Ongoing Product Support: You will readily address customers' product functionality and usage inquiries.
- Be a Commercial Promoter. You will identify opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, and upgrading our existing customers.
- Ideally, at least 1-2 years in a customer-facing role, preferably in customer success, customer training, or account management. However, we would consider recent graduates.
- A deep understanding and passion for the agriculture and dairy livestock industry
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- An ability to work proactively, independently, and as part of a team
- You must be available to travel to customer sites 50% or more of the time.
