- Support your allocated design group by performing analyses and optimizations to achieve weight efficient robust designs.
- Prepare reports of the work you have done to present at design reviews and for future reference.
- Liaise with other FEA engineers to enhance efficiency and accuracy of Analyses across the FEA group.
- Scrutinize load cases for design and analysis purposes
- Supervise and mentor graduate FEA Engineers within your allocated design group.
- A degree in a relevant discipline (Engineering) or similar
- Extensive experience in FEA, ideally with the Altair suite of products.
- Experience of Composite analysis preferred.
- Experience of optimization packages.
- Experience in motorsport industries preferred.
- Strong levels of IT skills including MS Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint etc).
- Positively contribute to an open and inclusive culture.
- The ability to fostering collaboration and achieve project objectives.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.

Job description:
We have an opportunity for a Structural Analysis Engineer to join the Andretti Cadillac Team at the new Silverstone Facility. In this role you will be performing calculations, Finite Element analysis and optimizations of Car Structures at the Assembly and component level.
