Do you have a passion for working with young people?

Are you able to work in partnership with New Milton's Youth providers?


We are looking for someone with strong communication skills, politically and creatively aware, and "plugged in" to the emerging youth scene locally.


We are seeking a vibrant and committed person, with experience of working with young people and managing and supervising Youth Work staff, possessing at least a Level 3 Youth Work qualification or equivalent.


As well as leading the Town Council's work with young people, the Youth Co-ordinator is required to build relationships and work in partnership with other local bodies and organisations.

Hours of work - 20 per week, pro-rata salary £18,769 (based on salary point 28)

Based at the Town Hall, Ashley Road, New Milton
