Are you looking to continue an exciting and varied career as a Recruitment Consultant? Following our recent acquisition by The Jarell Group, KHS Personnel Ltd is currently looking to hire experienced Recruitment Consultants to join their established companybased in Nottingham.

What's in it for you?
- £24,000 - £30,000 per annum plus a generous commission structure

  • Standard 37.5 hour working week (you may be required to be on call at times)
  • 20 days annual leave (increasing with length of service) plus your birthday off and bank holidays

Your new role as a Recruitment Consultant

  • Maintaining and building strong relationships with clients and providing excellent service at all times
  • Following market trends and translating these into market strategy and sales methods
  • Building and maintaining your pipeline in accordance with targets set by KHS Nottingham and The Jarell Group
  • Business Development including making outbound calls and enquiries, and canvassing existing and prospective clients
About you

  • Proven experience working in permanent recruitment
  • Excellent telephone manner
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Confident taking and making calls
  • Resilient, target driven and selfmotivated
Due to the nature of the role an REC qualification would prove advantageous, though it isn't essential.
