WHAT TO EXPECT
Jaguar TCS Racing is part of the JLR Motorsport department and competes in the ABB FIA Formula E World Championship.
JLR Motorsport and Jaguar TCS Racing sits within the CEO / Chief of Staff function and is responsible for all strategy, planning and delivery of successful motorsport activities for both Jaguar and Land Rover brands.
Within this function is the Motorsport Partnerships & Sponsorships department whose responsibility includes identifying, sourcing, activation and management of JLR's Motorsport commercial partners.
As a Partnerships Account Executive, you will be a key member of the team supporting the management of existing partners with their marketing activation planning, execution and measurement.
You'll also be responsible for the following:
- Supporting the management of commercial partnership activation within the JLR Motorsport function including marketing, communications, PR, experiential and hospitality activity.
- Facilitation of regular team and partner planning meetings and workshops, including updating trackers, distributing meeting notes, agendas and actions.
- You will be responsible for management and tracking of partner activation activity at race events e.g., management of asset hubs and distribution of race related assets.
- Creating and managing key race itineraries.
- Supporting with the development of partner PR and communications activity.
- Helping with partner events and hospitality both at races and away from race environments, with the JLR Motorsport Events team.
- Taking ownership of annual rights tracking.
WHAT YOU'LL NEED
To be successful in the role you will need the following skills and experience:
- Excellent communication skills
- both spoken and written.
- Excellent organisational and administration skills.
- Strong ability to prioritise an everchanging workload to meet tight deadlines.
- Proactive, responsive and have a flexible, adaptive approach.
- Sports sponsorship experience with a rights holder, agency or brand would be advantageous.
- Experience in communications, PR, social media and/or events or hospitality delivery would also be favourable.
- Full UK driving licence.
