This role is office-based working with an experienced and established team that will offer a relaxed but fun working environment with regular socials and great end of year celebration.

There is free onsite parking and the office is located close to publictransport should you not drive, the role is Monday to Friday and every other Saturday.

The Essence of the role


Responsible for the management of a property portfolio ensuring tenancies are compliant and call client enquires are dealt with accordingly.

Scope of the Property Manager role

  • Responding to incoming customers enquiries
  • Assist with the management of a property portfolio and ensure the retention of properties and clients
  • Liaising with tenants, landlords and contractors
  • Arranging reactive maintenance works
  • Completing move in appointments
  • Conducting right to rent checks
  • Ensuring all lettings legislation is followed and lets are compliant
  • Process tenancy paperwork and ensure it is all organised
Prerequisites

  • Previous property experience
  • Ability to work towards strict deadline
  • Customer service experience
  • Ability to work and succeed in a team environment
  • Good verbal and written communication skills
  • Must be organised and able to prioritise
