Tasks

• In your newrole, you will primarily support our customers in Berlin and ensurethe smooth operation of IT infrastructures and media technologyapplications.
• Whether hardware or software:with your expertise, you will provide our customers with competentIT support and help them find optimal solutions to technicalchallenges.
• A modern issue tracking systemis available to you for this purpose, which you can use toefficiently receive and track inquiries and error messages.
• As part of this, you will also coordinatepatch management for various workstation environments (MacOS, iOS,Android, Windows) and a mobile device management strategy to keepthe systems up to date at all times.
• As partof your role, you will act as a communicative link and ensuresmooth cooperation between our headquarters in Mainz, externalsupport partners and our customers.

Profile

• Completed ITtraining, e.g. as an IT specialist for system integration,alternatively a degree in computer science or a related subject ora related qualification and professional experience
• Sound knowledge of best practices in IT administration,patch management and system security
• A bigplus: certification for Microsoft or VMware (e.g. MS-102, VMwareCertified Technical Associate or VMware Certified AdvancedProfessional)
• Good knowledge of German andEnglish (B2 or higher)
