      ABOUT THIS JOB:
      Digital data serves as a critical input into CGA by NIQ world class product suite – which we are on track to roll out into the biggest on-premise markets worldwide. The Digital Data Acquisition (DDA) team research websites and apps to access content to inform our services, then uses proprietary CGA tools to bring that data into the business, where it is processed to generate market intelligence and insight.

      AsDigital Data Acquisition Support Specialist you will have the opportunity to research and analyse a range of digital data sources and data collection techniques, securing data to inform and strengthen CGA's product suite. You will work alongside experienced team members, developing and growing skills whilst contributing to the continuing growth of our international program. You will be trained to use a powerful new toolkit, developing specialist technical skills whilst offering excellent internal customer service to cross-business product and project teams.

      RESPONSABILITIES:

      • Completes research to identify scraping opportunities aligned to business requirements
      • Updates the DDA tracker and other standard reporting; ensures reporting is functioning as intended
      • Provides effective support and guidance to customers of and suppliers to the DDA process
      • Responds to routine stakeholder queries on DDA activities and related process developments & ensures satisfactory resolution
      • Troubleshoots and logs issues as per defined processes, liaising effectively with the relevant support team to facilitate resolution
      • Plays a supporting role in projects to assess, develop & pilot new tools and technologies that may facilitate increased DDA data flow into the business
      • Supports in the continuous development of the DDA toolkit and processes
      • Maintains up to date documentation related to ways of working & processes
      • Works with Digital Data Acquisition Manager to develop & deliver team & stakeholder education materials as well asleads in the training of junior team members
