    Job Description

    As a key member of our engineering team, you will actively contribute to team performance and maintain a strong focus on customer care.

    Your duties will include overseeing the activities of specialist sub-contractors and ensuring their work aligns with our standards of excellence.

    Additionally, you will participate in the site's shift and call-out rota, providing essential support to address any maintenance issues that may arise.

    Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure the efficient and timely completion of PPM and reactive tasks across the campus
  • Carry out fault finding and repairs on a range of M&E and HVAC systems and provide effective solutions
  • Prioritise scheduling of PPM and reactive work tasks in line with SLA's whilst ensuring a high-quality service
  • Ensure that service levels are being met or exceeded
  • Develop a detailed knowledge and understanding of the sites engineering systems
  • Have a proactive approach in regard reporting of issues and updating records to support site compliance
  • Support the delivery of small works and upgrade projects
  • Utilise the sites technologies and systems when carrying out duties

    • Professional and Personal Competencies/Qualifications

  • Experience working in M&E building maintenance in high profile corporate environments
  • Capable of fault finding and diagnostics on M&E and HVAC systems
  • Requires excellent teamwork, ownership and customer service skills
  • Ability to use IT systems and software
  • Health and Safety experience with IOSH qualifications desirable
  • Electrical, Mechanical or multi skilled engineering trade discipline
  • City & Guilds, NVQ Level 3 or similar qualifications in Electrical or Mechanical engineering
