As a Pricing Manager, you have the unique opportunity to lead your team to greatness by ensuring they have the skills and experience to deliver outstanding results while managing risk and following quality assurance policies. You will be at the forefront of designing and managing pricing, analysis, data, and implementation strategies, and you will use your expertise to create predictive models and segment them using market-leading methods, ensuring that they remain relevant to the business.
In addition, you will inspire your team to grow and improve by promoting a positive culture of development while positioning yourself as the go-to person for advice and insights. Your role will involve identifying new opportunities through data analysis and providing regular performance analysis to solve complex business problems.
Your contribution to the company will not go unnoticed as you will be involved in numerous cross-departmental projects, demonstrating your interest in the wider activities of the business. As a motivated team player with experience managing and developing a team, you will use your knowledge of pricing best practices to inform your decisions and provide your team with the best opportunities for success.
This is a role that requires someone with significant experience in insurance pricing, record of using statistical models and analysis to solve problems. You must also have confidence in presenting technical and marketing information to clients and colleagues, and experience in analysis and statistical model building, as well as the use of tools like Emblem, SQL, and Python.
