We are looking for a Pricing Manager to join our team at Atlanta
You'll be managing the team responsible for our pricing solutions, helping us to achieve our annual business strategy and annual plan. Using a hands on approach, you'll motivate and develop your team using industry-leading techniques and best practice.
What does that involve?
Firstly, you will make sure your team is equipped with the right skills and experience so they can deliver fantastic results for us. Each member of your team will need to follow quality assurance policies and manage any risks associated with those policies. You will also help your team to grow and develop, promoting a positive culture of improvement while also showing yourself to be the go-to person for expertise.
Another great aspect about this role is that you will plan, design and manage how Atlanta looks at analysis, pricing, data, and implementation. You'll create predictive models and segment them using market leading methods, which you will regularly review so that they are worthwhile for the business. You will lead your team to work with available data to identify new opportunities and you will provide regular performance analysis to solve complex business problems.
As Pricing Manager, you will be involved in numerous cross-department projects so it's important you have an interest in wider activities across the business. You'll use your experience of pricing best practice to inform your decisions and to give your team the best opportunities to succeed in their own tasks and projects. At times, you'll also be expected to deputise for the Analytics / Pricing Lead.

Experience of analysis and statistical model building, use of tools like Emblem, SQL and Python, would also be essential
