Position Overview:
The New Business & Welcome Team Administrator plays a crucial role in supporting the company's growth by efficiently handling new business inquiries and ensuring a warm and welcoming experience for new clients, customers, and employees.
This position requires a detail-oriented, organized, and customer-focused individual who can manage various administrative tasks to facilitate smooth onboarding processes and maintain excellent relationships with clients and team members.
Responsibilities:
New Business Inquiries:
- Respond promptly and professionally to incoming inquiries from potential clients or customers.
- Gather necessary information about the prospect's needs and direct them to the appropriate department or team member.
- Maintain a database of inquiries and track the status of leads.
- Follow up on inquiries to ensure prospects receive timely responses and assistance.
Client Onboarding:
- Collaborate with sales and account management teams to facilitate the onboarding process for new clients.
- Prepare and send out welcome packages or materials to new clients, ensuring they have all the necessary information about the company, products, or services.
- Assist with the creation and execution of client onboarding plans to ensure a seamless experience for new clients.
Employee Onboarding:
- Coordinate new employee onboarding activities, including preparing necessary paperwork, scheduling orientations, and setting up training sessions.
- Create and maintain employee records, ensuring that all required documentation is completed accurately and in a timely manner.
Welcoming Environment:
- Act as a primary point of contact for visitors and new employees, offering a warm and professional greeting.
- Provide tours of the office or facility and assist with any initial questions or concerns.
- Ensure the reception area and common spaces are tidy and wellmaintained.
Administrative Support:
- Prepare and maintain reports, spreadsheets, and documents related to the team's activities.
- Support other departments or team members with administrative needs as required.
Client Relationship Management:
- Maintain positive and ongoing relationships with clients, addressing their needs, concerns, and inquiries promptly and professionally.
- Follow up with clients to gather feedback and ensure satisfaction with services or products.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications in business administration or a related field are advantageous.
- Proven experience in an administrative role, preferably with exposure to customer service or client support.
- Excellent organizational and timemanagement skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Customerfocused mindset with a commitment to providing exceptional service.
- Proficiency in using office software such as Microsoft Office Suite or Google Workspace.
- Familiarity with CRM systems or database management is a plus.
- Professional demeanor, friendly attitude, and welcoming personality.
Salary:
£26,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
