Windmill9 Consulting are working with a leading independently owned Lettings Agency who are looking for an experienced Lettings professional for their Coventry City Centre branch.

Are you a professional, forward-thinking and dynamic individual, with a real passion for property, looking for a great new opportunity within an award-winning Lettings Agency?

Do you have a minimum of 6 months' experience in the lettings sector of the property industry?

  • You would be working for one of the region's most successful, privately owned estate & lettings agents, based at their Coventry branch
  • Working with a vibrant and dedicated team of property professionals, with a vast array of knowledge of the local market
  • Specialising in lettings only and has the capacity and clientele to assist with letting and renting homes in the local area
  • Fundamental principles are efficiency, honesty and customer service

Day to day duties:


  • Registering applicants
  • Booking and attending viewings
  • Negotiating terms with Landlords
  • Maintain regular contact with all applicants
  • Manage and update applicants on all properties
  • Negotiate where instructed any offer between Landlord and Tenant
  • Achieve all daily and weekly targets

About you:


  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Enthusiastic and ambitious nature
  • Ability to prioritise a busy workload
  • High attention to detail
  • Proven successful experience in Lettings
  • Full UK driving license
