Job Title:
Technical SEO Manager

Location:
Shoreditch (Hybrid or Remote)

Duration: 12 months contract initially + potential extension or conversion

About You:

We are looking for someone passionate about SEO With a solid understanding of Technical SEO methods, strategies and working practices.
The person is selfmotivated and feels comfortable prioritising multiple projects, while working with wider team members.

Ways of Working:

Having gained a deep understanding of the SEO strategy and SEO team operating process you will find opportunities to improve the EMEA SEO Teams effectiveness; in pursuit of implementing local optimisations, as well as highlighting and aligning on globalrecommendations with our corporate partners.
Pivotal to this role will be working alongside Product Managers unlocking new partnerships and driving value through automation to improve existing processes, following a quarterly cycle of execution and performance reporting.
This position joins a wellestablished EMEA SEO team, continually bringing in new opportunities to work with multiple teams cross functionally to drive our Marketing efforts.

What You'll Do:

Conduct ongoing site audits and capture tasks on a continuously basis to further identify unsolved fixes
Regularly monitor, track and recording of technical site performance
Responsible for setting up a Technical SEO operation from the ground up, including new processes for the EMEA teams, a prioritisation system aligned to value metrics and opportunity sizing
Provide views of tech task updates and reporting demonstrating impact of Technical SEO actions
Differentiate between local and global technical issues and partner with our Corporate SEO Technical team to align on prioritise and technical roll outs providing transparency
Set KPIs and milestones for the technical improvement of the site in line with our SEO direction and goals
Document standard processes and educate wider teams to help broaden the knowledge of Technical SEO and how they integrate with daytoday procedures

Key Requirements:

English spoken language, French or German a benefit
4+ years SEO experience in Technical SEO
A thirst for organization, efficiency, and a keen eye for detail
Proficient using Technical SEO tools such as DeepCrawl, ScreamingFrog, SiteBulb etc.
Excellent interpersonal and physical presentation skills are important
Ability to handle multiple simultaneous projects
Strong understanding of SEO analytics and research platforms as well as familiarity with various thirdparty SEO solutions
Comfortable using SEO analytics tools to answer data related questions both in support of performance reporting and hypothesis definition.
