The Opportunity;
We are looking for an experienced HR professional to join an experienced and highly supportive HR team in the interim to provide a high-quality proactive service.
This is a mid-level generalist position, in the short term there will be a real focus on restructure,TUPE, ER and absence management.
In the longer term there are strategic projects to get involved in.The Person;
- A CIPD Level 5 qualification or demonstrable experience in HR generalist role and can hit the ground running with restructuring, TUPE, ER and sickness/absence management.
- Experience in a fastpaced environment.
- A proactive & empathetic nature, with the ability to make decisions and use own initiative.
