Summary


As a QA intern you will be at the heart of running a Quality Management system for an early development site which is part of the ThermoFisher Scientific network.

Our QA intern will be a member of the team that problems solves early development quality issues, helping expand their knowledge in the quality department.


Responsibilities:


  • Supporting activities relating to the assurance of new vendors and materials
  • Support management of all nonproject and project documentation
  • Administration of change control system
  • Archiving, to include off site archiving
  • Reconciliation of manufacturing documentation
  • To plan and prioritize day to day workload in line with the department requirements and adapt where it is important we deliver information to our clients
  • To carry out any other tasks which may be required from time to time
  • To align with GMP requirements and company rules, policies and procedures

EH&S:
From an EH&S perspective you need to understand emergency procedures and align with safe systems of work. Ensuring compliance with environment, health and safety rules, signage and instructions at all times. You will need to report all accidents and near misses and breaches of safety rules.


What we are looking for:


  • Pursuing a Bachelor's degree
  • 0+ years of experience preferred
  • This person must be highly organised, able to thrive in a fast paced environment
  • They must have a high attention to detail and able to prioritise their work
  • Selfmotivated
  • Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office, namely word and excel. Familiar with Microsoft access database desirable
  • Confirmed organisational skills and Effective interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a small dedicated team to achieve results
