Portfolio are proud to be exclusively representing our award-wining, multinational HR & Employment Law services client in their search for a Sales Consultant (no cold calling).

Our clients' services go beyond Employment Law and HR - they also cover Healthand Safety management and are looking for a H&S Sales Consultant to come on board and help manage and maximise the services they provide to their existing clients.

We are looking to speak with motivated individuals who are career minded and hungry for success. They are looking for talented sales individuals to work within their dynamic and fast-paced telesales team.

You will be required to contact existing clientsand talk them through other services the company offer, in addition to the services they are currently being provided with.


They will support you and offer a clear progression plan, meaning that you will understand what it takes to be a high performer and how you can achieve your career goals with them.


Key Responsibilities

  • To make outbound calls to H&S business clients
  • To reach a minimum of 2 hours talktime per day, i.e. actual time spent actively contacting and speaking to CLIENTS
  • To liaise with the Consultancy & Advisory Service Teams, to ensure that all cases are dealt with promptly ensuring the client receives the best service at all times.
  • To contact existing clients and make them aware of other services the company can provide to them in addition to the services they are currently using

What you Bring to the Team

  • B2B experience is advantageous.
  • Proactive and selfmotivated attitude towards sales targets: Staff are expected to take responsibility.
  • Strong customer service experience.
  • Outgoing personality, with strong organisational skills and a tenacious nature.
  • Professional and intelligent approach to work.
  • Good business acumen, articulate, uses initiative.
  • Strongly focussed on delivering an excellent client experience at all stages.
  • A positive approach in a fastmoving, busy team environment.
