Exciting and unique opportunity for a Property Administration Assistant to join a dynamic & fast paced Property/Lettings company in Liverpool City Centre.

Reporting to the Senior Property Manager the duties of the Property Administration Assistant will be busy and varied including:

  • Answering incoming calls and dealing with general enquires
  • Answering calls & taking messages
  • Conducting pre check out and final check out inspections and associated tasks
  • Conducting pre tenancy inventory reports and associated administrative tasks
  • Assisting property managers with administration, viewings, site assistance, and move ins
  • Assisting senior staff in the preparation of reports as required
  • Contacting utility companies to help resolve bill queries
  • Managing the movement of keys for empty properties
  • Keeping all relevant databases and spreadsheets up to date
  • Keeping all lettings packs replenished and inserts up to date
The successful Property Assistant will have the following skills and expertise:

  • Previous experience in conducting property checks, check-ins & check outs
  • Own transport for visiting properties (Liverpool area)
  • Ability to work well as a team
  • Be well presented
  • Have excellent administrative, IT & organisation skills

Full-time, Permanent


Salary:
£23,000.00-£25,000.00 per year
