Castlefield Recruitment are currently working alongside a highly prestigious organisation who are looking to appoint a Finance Manager to their team after a sustained period of growth.

The role:


  • Hold responsibility for the monthly management accounting process
  • The Finance Manager will be responsible for the development and provision of analysis and reporting to senior management and business partners to enable better decision making across the organisation
  • Develop standardised reporting packs to add value across the business enhancing management information
  • Support budget holders in business planning and performance analysis, assisting the completion of the annual financial budget as well as regular financial forecasting
  • Oversee the production of the draft statutory accounts as well as managing the annual audit process

The person:


  • You will be a Qualified Accountant or QBE
  • Have experience leading on the production of Management Accounts
  • Have a strong background with relevant financial systems
  • Experience dealing with audits would be preferred
