    Senior Frontend Software Engineer - Merchant & User Data
    Full-time

    As a Software Engineer, you will be exposed to the entire software development lifecycle, and work on the specification, design, development, testing and deployment of our micro front-end solutions within a modern cloud (AWS) environment.

    The ideal candidate is curious, spirited, lives and breathes Agile and the DevOps philosophy and is passionate about working in a team which focuses on building products to achieve the company's strategic goals.

    The Merchant & User Data team is focused on building highly available and secure systems which allow merchants to manage access for both their users, and their integrations to Checkout's APIs, as well as building a merchant account structure which allows merchants to access data following the principle of least privilege.


    You are also expected to:
    Show understanding of common security vulnerabilities in web applications Assist stakeholders in identifying and refining requirements and specifications for key deliverables Take ownership and drive the delivery of product features Support the creation and maintenance of pipelines used to automate builds, testing and deployments Support the creation and maintenance of technical documentation Supporting and mentoring junior members of the team

    Hybrid Working Model:
    All of our offices globally are onsite 3 times per week (Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday). During your days at the office, we offer amazing snacks, breakfast, and lunch options in all of our locations.

    Knowledge of web application design and state management solutions Experience working with and contributing to design systems and component libraries Strong customer focus, you build accessible applications with a great UX Understanding of TLS and interacting with RESTful web services Experience with Unit and Integration testing Exposure to Continuous Integration and Deployment workflows Superb communication skills, ability to interact effectively with multidisciplinary teams Apply without meeting all requirements statement If you don't meet all the requirements but think you might still be right for the role, please apply anyway.
