Description

This is a replacement post, to provide services to the Theatres, Anaesthetics and Critical Care Clinical Business Unit in both Huntingdon and Peterborough, with the majority of the work at Hinchingbrooke Hospital in Huntingdon.

Hinchingbrooke Healthcare NHS Trust and Peterborough & Stamford NHS Foundation Trust merged on 01 April 2017 to form the North West Anglia NHS Foundation Trust.

The post is suitable for both general anaesthetists and those with a critical care interest.

The successful applicants will join a team of 18 consultants (including this newly established posts) in Hinchingbrooke and 45 consultants in Peterborough.

The appointee will take part in the resident Consultant on-call rota in Hinchingbrooke.

The post-holder will be responsible to the Associate Divisional Director and accountable to the Chief Executive.
