Polytec are looking for a Maintenance Technician to join the Estates and Facilities team of our client based in Cambridge.

You will be responsible for onsite electrical / mechanical servicing and repairs. Electrical and/or mechanical planned and preventive maintenance and reactive maintenance on all plant systems and services
# Supervising external service providers and contractors
# Liaise with end users to plan in maintenance works or project works
# A recognised electrical or mechanical apprenticeship or equivalent qualifications
# Full UK driving licence
# Experience of working in a complex building with responsibility for electrical and/or mechanical systems
# Good working knowledge of engineering services a good understanding of all aspects of building maintenance
# An understanding of work-related HandS risks, and how to mitigate against these
# Competent IT skills including use of Microsoft Office
# 40 days Annual Leave
