    Description of The Role:
    Directly lead, manage, and drive forward Engineering Service delivery from the Coil team.
    Leadership of the full team, through management structure, comprising of the following functions:

    HSEQA
    Engineering workshop operations
    Commercial and administration

    Setting the standard and showing leadership to develop excellence in Health and Safety culture, and the correct application of process and procedure.

    Accountable for the delivery of consistent "Best in Class" technical, operational, and commercial performance, offering our customers the highest levels of support and professionalism in the added value product and service solutions that we provide.

    Monitoring and understanding customer service levels, ensuring work is delivered to the quoted price and lead time and meeting contractual responsibilities, such as TCO, RCA and specific reporting and quoting progress updates.

    Clearly understand and manage profitability of the teams and location. To positively influence financial return through alignment with company wide processes and procedures for cost management, purchasing and pricing.

    Essential Responsibilities Ensure the successful merging together of the teams to deliver consistency in service to key customers and leverage the additional benefit of a larger pool of resource and totally aligned vision, goals and targets across of the teams.

    The successful candidate will be responsible for communication with colleagues within his team, the wider business, clients and suppliers.
    The successful candidate will be responsible for all aspects of H&S within the team.
    The management of the workshop facility, the site services teams, and Commercial/Administration functions
    Producing regular and accurate forecasts

    Monitoring the staffing levels (inc overtime), skill set and flexibility of the workforce to ensure it matches the requirements of the target customers.

    Technical or Functional Knowledge Technical understanding of manufacturing within the engineering industry.
    Strong background in all aspect of service delivery
    Strong understanding of service metrics and a proven track record of continuous improvement
    Demonstrable experience in H&S
    Understanding of operational requirements / constraintsExperience and Essential Requirements Strong problem-solving experience and an excellent knowledge of data and analytical tools and systems
