    Description
    Our client is a large property development company based in London.

    They have a strong reputation for delivering high-quality residential-led projects and have performed well in the past few years leading to further expansion plans being implemented this year.

    The company is known for its collaborative approach involving all teams for key decisions but operating with a fairly flat structure allowing a Technical Manager to take on responsibility for running projects.

    During preconstruction the role can work on a more hybrid basis (some WFH), but in delivery you will be full-time on site.

    Management of the scope of works and appointment of design team consultants
    Reviewing and organising the design consultants' and subcontractors' information for NHBC compliance.
    Undertaking the monthly project progress meeting, which will require input to a report for senior management and/or client team
    Liaison with the wider project team, e.g construction, sales, buying and commercial to ensure programme, quality, and budget standards are met
    A track record of working successfully with build teams and subcontractors to generate solutions as required
    A proactive approach to problem solving and risk management
    A competitive salary range of £75,000 - £85,000 per annum.
    A car allowance (circa £5000).
