    The HRIS Analyst will be responsible for maintaining and optimising our HRIS platforms to support various
    HRfunctions, including but not limited to employee data management, reporting, compliance, and system enhancements.

    The ideal candidate will possess strong technical skills, a deep understanding of
    HRprocesses, and excellent communication abilities to collaborate with internal stakeholders.

    Administer and maintain the HRIS platform, ensuring data accuracy, system security, and compliance with regulatory requirements (e.g., Collaborate with HR, IT and DCC Systems team to develop and implement system configurations, enhancements, and upgrades to meet evolving business needs.


    • Ensure data integrity within the HRIS, conducting regular audits and implementing corrective actions where necessary.
    • Generate custom reports and dashboards to provide insights into
      HRmetrics, trends, and performance indicators.
    • Collaborate with
      HRbusiness partners to analyse data and identify opportunities for process improvements or strategic interventions.
    • Proactively identify opportunities to streamline
      HRprocesses through system automation and integration with other business systems (e.g., payroll, performance management).
    • Work closely with cross-functional teams to scope, plan, and execute system integration projects, ensuring alignment with organisational objectives and user requirements.
    • Develop and deliver training materials and user guides to facilitate effective utilisation of the HRIS by
      HRstaff and end-users.
    • Experienced in working with
      HRsystems, ideally SAP SuccessFactors.
    • Previous experience in HRIS administration, data management, or
      HRanalytics.
    • Previous experience of working with a business system to produce reports and statistical data.
    • Competent user of Microsoft – Office, Word, Excel (advanced VLOOKUP's, pivots, formula),
    Ability to multi-task and deliver high quality work to deadlines, in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities.


    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret
      HRdata, identify trends, and make data-driven recommendations.

    Flogas Britain is one of the largest distributors of off-grid energy in the UK and has over 35 years' experience of providing solutions to both commercial and domestic customers, principally in the form of liquid gas.

    The business has a longstanding record of organic growth driven by new installations, underpinned by a strong technical engineering expertise and capability, which combined with a number of bolt-on acquisitions have resulted in its market share increasing from 10% to over 30%.

    The recent acquisition of Protech by Flogas Britain further extends the business' capabilities in this regard to provide innovative and lower carbon solutions into the commercial sector; combining renewable-ready gas combustion with alternative technologies such as heat-pumps, solar power and electric vehicle charging to provide a complete solution to customers and assisting them on their own path to net zero.
