Responsibilities:

The Trainee Production Supervisor will be mentored and reporting into the production manager.
The Trainee Production Supervisor will oversee the production from start to finish of the printing process.
Ensuring the customers product quality is produced and dispatched to deadlines and standard as per the customers brief.
Ensuring that all product is packed as per the guidelines prior to dispatch.
Working with Directors to implement company policy's and procedures
Reducing waste and following best practise guidelines
Ensuring that health and safety is adhered to at all times across the factory floor
Liaising with the sales team to communicate any product issues that have arose.
Carrying out any other duties as set out by the production manager.

Experience:

GCSE Maths and English at grade c or above
Production /Manufacturing experience would be ideal
Operating a machinery within a manufacturing background would be an advantage
Willingness to train and learn within a fast pace environment
Good technical Skills and experience working to tight deadlines.
Must have access to own transport
