The workload is very varied and we are looking for a lawyer who has worked across a variety of contract types in this area.
Advising on contracts for a broad range of clients, including both traditional IT and outsourcing contracts and supply chain along with contracts for innovative and disruptive technologies.
Advising on technology and outsourcing related regulatory requirements, particularly in relation to the financial services sector.Supporting on the commercial aspects of corporate deals.
Advising on data centre contracts.
Business development initiatives, including speaking at seminars for clients, internal training as well as client briefing papers.
You must have a good grounding in commercial and technology law.
We expect you to be able to demonstrate a detailed knowledge of the contract terms and also the key commercial and operational issues with these types of deals.
a minimum of 5 years PQE of advising on IT, commercial and outsourcing contracts.a good grounding in technology and commercial law, connected laws and regulation experience of working on multi-jurisdiction contracts for major clients an advantage
