    Avove is a new, independent utilities infrastructure business, formed from the utilities division of leading infrastructure services company, Amey.

    You will be responsible and accountable for up to 15 field staff (and sub-contractors) ensuring works are completed safely, within budget following contract process and procedures.

    Due to the nature of the work and the geographical area, travel will be involved with this role.

    Ensuring operations are delivered within agreed budget and planned time scale and that progress on contract delivery is reported.


    • Ensuring completion of site, required documentation and risk assessments.
    • Organise sites to ensure work is carried out to the required standard with minimum risk to employees, sub-contractors and others on site, productively and in accordance with operational procedures.
    • Compete Safety, Environment and Quality audits implementing close out actions and improvement plans.
    Has delivered improvement projects and/or worked within improvement programme teams.


    • Strong communication skills - previous experience of presenting report findings to senior leaders
    • 'Structured problem-solving analysis and reporting - using Excel and PowerPoint
    • Driving Licence is essential for this role.
