NPH is a multi-depot independent Plant Hire Group and currently has a vacancy for a Plant Hire Fitter in the Essex area. Reporting directly to the Workshop Foreman you will be required to diagnose faults, repair, service and prepare for hire our full range of Plant, Tools and powered access equipment.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Experience with diesel / petrol engines, hydraulic machinery and electrics.
Ensure tablet based job records, pre hire records and all associated records are completed promptly and efficiently.
Undertake pre

- hire inspections, scheduled servicing and repairs to a comprehensive range of Plant Hire equipment

Ensure health & safety and company procedures are met at all times.
Be reactive and punctual at all times.
Have the ability to work on own initiative and also as part of a team.

EXPERIENCE

CITB/NVQ qualification preferred but not essential.
Previous Tool Hire experience is essential
Full UK driving licence preferred but not essential

Mon-Fri 47.5 hour week working week
Overtime may be required to meet business demands paid at 1.5 x basic rate.
