    We are a specialistrecruitment agency with over 20 years of experience within theeducation field. We are currently recruiting for a highly motivatedand experienced Drama and English Teacher to join an Outstandingschool in Central London.

    About theSchool

    About theRole

    The Drama and English Teacherwill be responsible for teaching Drama and English to students atKey Stage 3 and 4. The ideal candidate will have a passion for bothsubjects and will be able to create engaging and stimulatinglessons. The candidate will also have a strong understanding of theNational Curriculum and the assessment requirements for bothsubjects.

    Responsibilities

    • TeachDrama and English to students at Key Stage 3 and4
    • Create and deliver engaging and stimulatinglessons
    • Assess and track studentprogress
    • Provide feedback to students andparents
    • Work with other members of the staff tosupport the overall development ofstudents

    Requirements

    • QualifiedTeacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
    • A universitydegree in Drama and English or a relatedfield
    • Knowledge of the National Curriculum andthe assessment requirements for Drama andEnglish
    • Experience teaching Drama and Englishat the secondary level
    • Excellent interpersonaland communication skills
    • Strong organisationaland time management skills
    • Willingness toundertake training and continued professionaldevelopment
