- Implementing new testing strategies to ship high-quality features
- Designing and implementing testing frameworks and tools
- Proposing and implementing improvements to the testing process
- Writing and building test utils and helpers to improve ease of testing
- Hands on work related to building out tests to improve existing coverage
- Working with engineers on new features to design new test plans
- Providing training, and mentorship on testing best practices to engineers
- Conducting code reviews and own code quality of automation framework
- You are passionate about product quality with this driving your meticulousness in all areas of your work
- You love being able to see the direct impact your work has on the end product
- You're a collaborative individual who's eager to get stuck into life at a thriving Startup
