We're looking for a full-time

Videographer to coordinate, capture and edit best in class video and photography content to promote the University's business objectives and brand, with a focus on student recruitment. We're looking for someone with hands-on experience organising, filming and editing short-form video content for use on social media, our website and YouTube. This could be interviews with students or staff, course recruitment videos, location shoots or advertisements for use online, with shoots based in and around our Cornwall campuses.


The Videographer will be supported by our Senior Videographer and work across teams; including with colleagues in Marketing & External Relations (such as Content Writers and our Social Media Officer), Design and academic teams to ensure video content is hitting our key commercial and brand objectives.


About You:


  • Provable experience of organising, filming and editing great content
  • Good communication skills; the ability to work productively with nontrained actors (e.g. staff or students)
  • Good working knowledge of using industrystandard cameras, lighting and sound equipment
  • Working knowledge of health and safety when filming on location
  • Organisation skills; the ability to confidently manage a varied workload and programme of filming
